Question 3: How do lessons take place ?

All lessons are held online, making it easy and flexible for you to learn from anywhere in the world. You just need stable internet connection and a device.

Question 4: Do you offer trial lessons ?

Yes, we offer introductory lessons so you can experience our teaching style before committing to a full package.

Question 5: What type of lessons do you teach/offer ?

- Student ESL Lessons ages 3-18

- ESL Lessons ages 18+

- Conversational English 18+

Question 6: How long are the lessons?

Lesson times vary depending on your package—typically 25 minutes for children and 50 minutes for older students or professionals.We also have the option of 20min lessons for younger students.

Question 7: Can lessons be customized to my specific needs?

Absolutely! Whether you are looking to focus on grammar, prepare for a business meeting/interview or simply practice speaking confidently, we tailor each lesson to your learning goals.

Question 8: How do i book and pay for lessons/packages?

You can easily book lessons through our online booking system and pay securely in multiple currencies. You can also send us an email with your desired outcome and we can recommend a package that best suits you.

Question 9: Do you provide homework and revision material?

Yes, we provide optional practice exercises and resources to help you reinforce what you’ve learned between lessons.

Question 10: What to do when i need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?

We understand that life happens. You can reschedule or cancel lessons within our booking platform—just be sure to do so within the required notice period.

Question 11: What happens if a miss a lesson?

In the event that you are unable to attend or forgot about a scheduled class this resulting in a "NO SHOW", please be informed that the class with be charged as per usual. This is because we have reserved time for the lesson and have made preparations accordingly. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled as we have dedicated our time specifically for that class. We kindly request that you confirm any canceled or missed lessons to avoid the class being unconfirmed.

NB: Please NOTE that you will be responsible for the charges for any missed classes, as they have taken up space in our schedule that could have been booked by another student.
